本报告从绿色生态、绿色生产、绿色生活三个领域，对长江经济带126个地级及以上行政区2018年度的绿色发展水平进行了系统评价。通过对绿色发展综合指数和三大领域发展指数的测算和排名，在城市、城市群两个尺度上全面刻画了长江经济带绿色发展水平和空间格局，并对综合指数排名前20位的领军城市发展情况进行了重点介绍。
This report systematically evaluates the level of green development of 126 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2018 from three areas：green ecology，green manufacturing and green lifestyle. On this basis，the cities’ comprehensive green development index and level of development in these three areas are measured and ranked，in order to formulate comprehensive measurements about the level of development and regional characterization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Finally，the development of the top 20 leading cities in the comprehensive index was highlighted.
