法国理论在中国，正赶上三四十年来中国当代学术思想传统的建构与重建的过程。因此，法国理论在中国的接受史和效果史，并不局限于文学批评和哲学领域新旧学术代际冲突与嬗变，而是在中国当代学术思想界自身的问题意识的引导下，各种不同学科领域的思想话语在中国当下的历史语境中相互竞争、相互激励、相互冲突的过程。以对我们影响最大的海德格尔、韦伯、施特劳斯和福柯这四位西方20世纪思想大师为路标，可以大致勾勒出中国过去40年学术思想场域的基本波动和转向。在这个大背景之下，我们可以对福柯在中国的情况做一个知识社会学的描述，进而对福柯的思想引发的基本问题做一些哲学分析。
French Theory in China is following with the process of the construction and reconstruction of Chinese contemporary academic traditions in the past 40 years.Therefore，the acceptance history and effect history of French Theory in China are not limited to the conflict between the new and old academic generations in the field of literary criticism and philosophy，but are the process of competing，inspiring and conflicting of discourse in different subject areas which guided by the problem consciousness of Chinese contemporary academia，in the current historical context of thought in China.Discussing the four thinkers Heidegger，Weber，Strauss，and Foucault，which have the greatest impact on Chinese contemporary academia，we can outline the basic fluctuations and changes in China's thought field in the past four decades.In this context，we can describe of Foucault's influence on China in the sociology of knowledge，and then analysis the basic problems of Foucault's thoughts.
