近年来，随着中以双边关系和创新合作的不断深入，中以创新合作平台也进入了快速发展期。本文系统收集并梳理了截至2019年年底在建或运行的创新园、孵化器和创新中心等类型的中以创新合作平台，从中以创新合作平台的基本情况、空间分布、合作领域、平台类型和牵头单位性质等方面进行了综合分析，简述了典型合作平台的发展现状，深入研究了当前制约合作平台发展的问题和挑战，并提出了推动中以创新合作平台高质量发展的政策建议。
In recent years，with the continued deepening of bilateral relations and innovative cooperation between China and Israel，Sino-Israel innovation cooperation platforms have also entered into a rapid development period. In this paper，Sino-Israel innovation cooperation platforms such as innovation parks，incubators and innovation centers either under construction or in operation as of the end of 2019 are systematically investigated and analyzed. The authors conduct a comprehensive analysis on the basic situation，spatial distribution，cooperation fields，platform types and nature of the leading units of Sino-Israel innovation cooperation platforms，briefly expound the recent development of typical cooperation platforms，and profoundly study the current problems and challenges restricting the development of cooperation platforms. Moreover，they propose policy recommendations on promoting the high-quality development of Sino-Israel innovation cooperation platforms.
