2020年初英国正式退出欧盟，意味着英国将不再享有欧盟数字市场带来的发展红利，英国的数字经济发展将面临前所未有的挑战。本文梳理了自2009年起英国数字经济战略的历史沿革，从战略和政策的变迁可以看出数字经济对英国经济发展的支撑作用。随后从人、财、物的视角切入，分析了英国数字经济的现状与存在的不足，最后总结了英国数字经济的发展趋势。
At the beginning of 2020，Britain withdrawl from the European formally. It is mean the Britain will no longer enjoyed the dividend from European Union’s digital market，and digital economy will face unprecedented challenges. This article combs the historical evolution of the British digital economy strategy since 2009. From the changes in strategy and policy，we can see the supporting role of the digital economy in the development of the British economy. Then，from the perspectives of people，finances and things，it analyzed the current situation and existing shortcomings of the British digital economy，and finally summarized the development trend of the British digital economy.
