2019年印度尼西亚文化发展报告

2019年是印度尼西亚《文化促进法》实施的第二年。其国内文化发展特点有三:一是聚焦青年,发挥人口红利优势;二是注重主流文化的发展,强调多元统一;三是大力推广文化经济,着重创意。对外文化交流则注重印度尼西亚民族文化的推广和文化外交。这些都体现了佐科政府实用主义的发展理念。文化预算投入少、文化人力资源欠佳等因素导致2019年印度尼西亚的文化发展零星爆发居多,总体缺乏可持续性。

Abstract

2019 is the second year of the implementation of Indonesia’s Cultural Promotion Law. Its domestic cultural development has 3 characteristics:first,focusing on youth,giving full play to the advantage of demographic dividend;second,focusing on the development of mainstream culture,emphasizing unity in diversity;third,vigorously promoting cultural economy,focusing on creativity. Foreign cultural exchanges focus on the promotion of Indonesian national culture and cultural diplomacy. All of these reflect the development concept of the pragmatism of Joko’s government. In 2019,Indonesia cultural development broke out sporadically,lack of sustainability generally due to less investment in cultural budget,poor cultural human resources and etc.
