In 2019，Vietnam’s cultural development strategy was summarized and updated. The draft of new strategy pays special attention to integration into the international community and the impact of Industry 4.0. Vietnam continues to encourage the Cultural Heritage Protection，promote national culture，and attach importance to the establishment of a cultural atmosphere based on the rule of law. Actively promote the interaction between cultural diplomacy and other diplomacies，strengthen contacts and cooperation with international organizations，and publicize Vietnamese culture in various forms.
