粤港澳大湾区是我国层次最高、影响最大的湾区，是由珠江三角洲核心区的广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、东莞、中山、江门、肇庆、惠州九个城市和香港、澳门两个特别行政区组成的“9+2”湾区城市群。本报告结合相关数据，对粤港澳大湾区海洋经济的发展现状、产业发展状况、经济制约因素进行分析，并对大湾区经济发展形势进行了合理的预判。本报告认为2021年粤港澳大湾区区域协同水平将稳步提升，海洋生产总值将有所增长。
Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is the highest level and the most influential representative of the Bay Area in China. The bay area urban agglomeration is composed of the core area of the Pearl River Delta：Guangzhou，Shenzhen，Zhuhai，Foshan，Dongguan，Zhongshan，Jiangmen，Zhaoqing，Huizhou and two Special Administrative regions：Hong Kong and Macao Combined with the relevant data，this report analyzes the current situation of marine economy，industrial development，economic constraints in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and makes a reasonable forecast of the economic development situation in the bay area. This report argues that the level of regional synergy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in 2021 will increase steadily and the gross ocean product will increase.
