跨境电商作为促进外贸发展的一个重要方式,呈现持续扩张的趋势,而信用问题是影响跨境电商健康发展的重要因素,本文着重对跨境电商信用体系建设的四个要素展开分析研究,提出了完善我国跨境电商信用体系的建议:政府需要在借鉴其他国家经验的基础上,完善跨境电商信用市场的制度建设,提高企业和消费者的信用意识,鼓励跨境电商平台加大信用建设投入,引导第三方专业信用机构进入跨境电商信用服务市场。
As an important way to promote the development of foreign trade,Cross-border e-commerce shows a trend of continuous expansion. The credit system is an important factor for the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce. This paper focuses on the four elements of the construction of cross-border e-commerce credit system,and puts forward suggestions for improving China’s cross-border e-commerce credit system including the government needs to learn experiences from other countries to complete the system construction of cross-border e-commerce credit market,improve the credit awareness of enterprises and consumers,encourage cross-border e-commerce platforms to increase credit construction investment,and guide the third-party professional credit institutions to enter the cross-border e-commerce credit service market.
