自郑州综试区批复以来，为支持跨境电商业务发展，郑州市提出“空中、陆上、网上、海上”四条丝路协同发展理念，通过多式联运国际物流通道，为跨境电商发展提供保障。郑州作为首批跨境电商进口试点城市，创新成果丰硕，继首创的“网购保税进口1210”全国综试区城市推广后，持续进行探索创新，推出“网购保税+实体新零售”模式和跨境电商零售进口正面监管模式，探索中欧班列+跨境电商，实现了邮政口岸的“三关合一”和中欧班列进口运邮双通道发展等一系列改革创新，跨境电商发展速度持续提高，规模快速扩大，郑州贸易自由化和便利化水平大幅提升，走出了一条特色鲜明的“网上丝绸之路”，形成了引领全国乃至全球跨境电商发展的“郑州模式”。
After the approval of Zhengzhou comprehensive test area，Zhengzhou has put forward the concept of four-silk-roads collaboration，including “air，land，on-line and sea” to support the industry of cross-border e-commerce. This way provides a guarantee for the development of this industry through multimodal international logistics. As one of the first import experimental cities of cross-border e-commerce，Zhengzhou has made great achievements in innovation. Following the first promotion of “1210 Mode-Online Shopping of Bonded Import” in the comprehensive test area，Zhengzhou has carried out continuous explorations. For example，the zone has launched the mode of “Online Shopping Under Bonded + Physical New Retail” and the positive supervision of cross-border e-commerce retail import. Also，Zhengzhou explored the China-Europe train +cross-border e-commerce，realizing the “Three Customs in One” at the postal port and attaining the double channel import development for import and mail services through China-Europe train. A series of practical reforms of Zhengzhou reveal that the speed of cross-border e-commerce has been continued to increase，the scale has been expanded rapidly，the level of trade liberalization and facilitation has been greatly improved，and a distinctive online silk road of “Zhengzhou Mode” has been formed.
