Economic globalization and trade liberalization have become the main melody of economic development in the world today. The essential requirement of “the Belt and Road” initiative is to promote economic globalization，realizing the liberalization and facilitation of investment and trade. And speeding up regional economic integration is an important content of “the Belt and Road” construction. ROK is a strategic partner of China. The entry into force of China-ROK FTA provides the institutional basis for China-ROK economic and trade cooperation under the background of “the Belt and Road” and is conducive to economic and trade cooperation between the two countries and countries in the Eurasian region. In December 2017，the Ministry of Commerce clearly established China-ROK Industrial Park in Yantai （Shandong Province），Yancheng （Jiangsu Province） and Huizhou （Guangdong Province）. The construction and development of China-ROK Industrial Park can promote the two countries to upgrade their economic and trade relations and strategic partnership comprehensively and help China to build a modern industrial system and foster new economic momentum，and it is an important path to promote regional economic integration and the construction of “the Belt and Road”.
