本文通过长江上游、神农架、喀纳斯、双台河以及蛇岛老铁山、长白山等重要自然保护区的个案，分析了为什么这些自然保护区与其创建时的初衷渐行渐远这一值得深思的问题，并提出了改变现状的建议。
By case studying the key natural reserves of the upper reach of the Yangtze River,the Shennongjia Mountain,the Kanas Lake,the Shuangtai River,the Laotie Mountain of the Snake Island,and the Changbai Mountain,this paper analyzes why these natural reserves are drifting far away from the original purpose of their establishment,and makes suggestions as to how to change the current situation.
