江苏作为一个开放型经济大省，利用外资和对外投资一直居于全国前列，当前，加快“走出去”步伐，主动深化国际产能合作已经成为江苏开放型经济发展新阶段的重要任务。党的十九大报告指出“创新对外投资方式，促进国际产能合作，形成面向全球的贸易、投融资、生产、服务网络，加快培育国际经济合作和竞争新优势”。党的十九大报告提出的任务和目标给江苏省对外投资发展提供了方向。为此，笔者对江苏省对外投资与推进国际产能合作的新特征与存在问题进行了分析，并探讨了创新对外投资促进国际产能合作的开展途径。
As a big province of open economy，Jiangsu's foreign investment and outward investment are top-ranked nationwide.Outward investment is an important task，which can bring about a new phase of all-around opening up.It isalso an important part of building open world economy.The report at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out some requests about outward investment as follows：innovating the way of outward investment，promoting global industrial cooperation，formatting a global trade ，investment，production and service network，and cultivating a new advantage of international cooperation and competition.This show us the way to develop outward investment in the future.We analyses the new features and some problems of the outward investment and global industrial cooperation in our province.How to innovate the way of Jiangsu's outward investment to promote global industrial cooperation？ We discuss some suggestions at the end of the article.
