合作农场是江苏省农业经营主体培育的一项制度创新，具有强大的自我组织功能，契合了农村经济转型发展的现实要求。农场坚持集体经营与合作经营的有效统一，并通过大承包、小包干等激励方式调动经营主体活力，实现了“三农”发展的多赢局面。江苏需要从四个方面着手推进合作农场稳定持续发展：创新培育方式，提升从业人员素质；减少行政干预，提升自身发展能力；完善利益分配机制，提升成员参与热情；完善配套政策机制，突破资源约束。
Cooperative farm is a system innovation of agricultural businesses in Jiangsu province. It has strong function of self organization and accords with the realistic requirement of rural economic transformation and development.The farm insists on the effective unification of collective management and cooperative operation，and mobilizes the vitality of the main business through the way of big contract and small package，so as to achieve the win-win situation of the development of agriculture，rural areas and farmers.To promote sustainable development of cooperative farm stability from four aspects：the cultivation of innovation，enhance the quality of employees；reduce administrative intervention，improve their development ability；improve the interest distribution mechanism，enhance the enthusiasm of members；improve the supporting policy mechanism，breakthrough resource constraints.
