近年来江苏农村地区的绿色发展取得了一定成效，但在绿色产业发展、绿色资金整合管理、绿色村庄长效管护、绿色技术研发推广、社会绿色参与等方面仍存在短板与不足。为了进一步推动江苏农村地区的绿色发展，应该加快生产性服务业发展，促进三次产业融合；有效整合财政投入，撬动社会资本参与；明确绿色管护主体，创新管理机制；加快绿色技术研发，开展科学推广应用；健全多元主体参与机制，辅以优惠政策扶持。
In recent years，the green development of rural areas in Jiangsu has made some achievements，but there are still some problems in the development of green industry，the integration of green funds，the long-term management of green villages，the extension of green technology，and the public participation in green development. In order to further promote the green development of rural areas in Jiangsu Province，we should accelerate the development of agricultural producer services，promote the integration of all the industries in rural areas；integrate financial investment，leverage social capital；clarify the managers of green villages，innovate the management mechanism；research and development of green technology，carry out scientific popularization and application；improve the participation mechanism of pluralistic main body，and assist with preferential policy.
