江苏省长期以来大力推进城乡一体化建设，为推进城乡融合发展打下了良好的基础。目前，江苏城乡融合发展的现状表现为城乡居民基本权益平等化多点突破、城乡公共服务均等化水平全面提高、城乡居民收入均衡化动力不足、城乡要素配置合理化有所改善、城乡产业融合化加快推进等方面。江苏省在推进城乡融合发展上应采取以下策略：建立健全公正的利益诉求体制机制，推进城乡居民基本权益平等化；建立健全稳定的多元投入体制机制，推进城乡公共服务均等化；建立健全长效的富民强村体制机制，推进城乡居民收入均衡化；建立健全完善的要素流动体制机制，推进城乡要素配置合理化；建立健全有效的产业关联体制机制，推进城乡产业发展融合化。

At present，the status quo of fusion development of urban and rural areas of Jiangsu is the basic rights of equality of urban and rural residents more breakthrough，urban and rural equalization of public services，and comprehensively improve the level of income equalization，lack of power of urban and rural urban and rural elements allocation，improve urban and rural industrial convergence accelerating etc..
