随着吉林省城镇化进程的进一步加快，农民工逐步成为吉林省城市建设的重要力量。但目前农民工由于文化水平、职业技能较低，无法适应现代化发展的需要。因此，提高农民工的职业技能水平，加强农民工职业培训是当务之急。本文通过对吉林省农民工职业培训情况调查，在数据统计基础上分析吉林省城镇化进程中吉林省农民工职业技能培训的现状和存在的问题，针对吉林省的实际情况，提出加强农民工职业技能培训的对策。
With further accelerate the process of cities and towns in Jilin Province, migrant workers have gradually become an important force of city construction in Jilin province. But the current migrant workers due to the cultural level, occupation skill is low, unable to meet the needs of modernization. Therefore, to improve migrant workers occupation skill level, strengthen the occupation training of migrant workers is a pressing matter of the moment. In this paper, through of Jilin Province vocational training of migrant workers the investigation and the statistical data on the basis of the analysis of current situation of Jilin Province in the process of urbanization in Jilin Province, migrant workers vocational skills training and existing problems, in Jilin Province according to the actual situation, put forward countermeasures of strengthening vocational skills training for migrant workers.
