“大力培育和发展各类农业经营主体”是构建新型农业经营体系的战略构想。吉林省作为我国粮食主产区，积极培育新型农业经营主体和多元服务主体，对促进全省农业生产经营方式的转变和建设现代农业具有重大的现实意义。本文首先对吉林省新型农业经营主体发展现状及存在问题进行分析，指出农业经营主体呈现出多元化的“齐头并进” 特征，改变了以往只有普通农民作为农业生产经营主体“一统天下” 的格局，但规模化、组织化程度与农业发展新形势的要求仍有较大差距；然后提出促进新型农业经营主体发展的对策与建议，以期提高吉林省农业生产的专业化、组织化、社会化。
