吉林省委、省政府多年来一直高度重视地方法治建设，明确提出了法治吉林建设的重大任务，积累了相当丰富的地方法治建设经验。在党的十八届四中全会“全面推进依法治国”精神的指引下，应更进一步创新和推动“法治吉林”战略。本文首先描绘了法治吉林建设的现状，随后针对法治吉林建设中存在的问题，提出提高立法质量、推进依法行政、深化司法改革、弘扬法治精神等对策建议，不以期断加快法治化进程，争取使吉林省步入全国法治建设先进行列。
Jilin provincial Party committee and provincial government over the years has always attached great importance to the local construction of the rule of law, clearly put forward the important task of the construction of rule of law in Jilin, accumulated rich experience of local law construction. In the Fourth Plenary Session of the party's eighteen "comprehensively promote the rule of law under the guidance of the spirit of, should be further innovation and promote the strategy of the rule of law in Jilin. This paper depicted the status quo of the construction of the rule of law in Jilin, then in view of the problems existing in the construction of rule of law in Jilin, put forward to improve the quality of legislation, promote administration according to law, the deepening of judicial reform, carry forward the spirit of the rule of law and countermeasures and suggestions, not to break up the process of the rule of law, for Jilin Province into the advanced ranks in the construction of the rule of law.
