当前，中国正处在经济增长速度换挡期、结构调整阵痛期、刺激政策消化期“三期叠加”阶段，经济发展步入新常态。在这一背景下，吉林省经济社会发展面临的形势异常严峻，压力空前巨大。面对经济新常态，吉林应认清大势、保持定力，摒弃旧思维，形成新思路、实施新举措。本文首先描述了2014年吉林省的经济发展态势，判断其态势趋稳，但增幅居全国后列，并指出当前经济运行中存在的主要问题；然后叙述2015年吉林省的经济发展趋势，指出吉林省经济发展仍面临诸多挑战，改革措施充分见效还需一个过程，经济运行也面临很大的不确定性，对此提出发展对策及建议。

In this paper, we first describe the 2014, Jilin Province economic development situation, judge the to stabilize the situation, but the growth rate ranks first in the country after the columns, and points out the main problems existing in the current economic operation; and then describes the tendency of the economic development of Jilin Province in 2015, pointed out that Jilin Province economic development still faces many challenges, reform measures fully bear fruit for a process, economic operation also faces great uncertainty, puts forward the development countermeasure and the suggestion.
