我国电力在经历了几年高速增长后,面临着煤炭价格的高速上涨,成本急剧加大,迫于此实行了第三次煤电联动。为了应对来自上游煤炭产业的压力,电力企业向煤炭产业进军。而面临国家进行节能减排产业政策指引,电力结构加大了调整力度,一方面是不断增长的装机容量,另一方面是水电、核电、风电等清洁能源的建设的快速增长,火电投资中大容量、高效率机组亦成为上马的主要设备。整个电力行业向高效节能的方向深化发展。
China electric power faces the pressures of the rise in coal price and operating cost after a few years’continuously rapid growth. So it has to carry out the third linkage of coal and electricity. In order to cope with the pressures from coal industry,electrical enterprises expand to coal industry. However,facing the guide of industrial policy on conservation &emission reduction,electric power industry intensifies structural adjustment. On one hand,it gradually enlarges the installed capacity;on the other hand,it promotes the construction of clean energy,such as hydropower,wind and nuclear power,and so on. Meanwhile,units with high capacity and efficiency become major equipments in the new investment of heat-engine. In general,the development of electric power is in the direction of energy-efficient.
