在转变发展方式的“十二五”背景下，在金融危机、欧债危机的经济背景下，在全球气候问题日益严重的环境背景下，大力发展新能源产业，对于带动我国产业升级、降低二氧化碳排放、改善能源生产与消费比重、增加就业、转变经济发展方式、保护环境等具有重大意义。本文介绍了全球和我国新能源产业发展的现状，揭示了我国新能源产业发展过程中的不足，简要分析了当下我国与其他发达国家之间产生的新能源贸易摩擦问题，并结合我国相关的新能源产业政策，对我国新能源产业的发展前景以及政策导向提出建议。
According to the“Twelfth Five-year”background of the transformation of development mode，the economical background of the Financial crisis，European debt crisis，the environmental background of the global climate problem，the development of new energy industry has great significance in driving our industries to update，reducing carbon dioxide emission，improving the proportion of our energy production and consumption，increasing employment，changing economical development mode and protecting environment. This paper introduces global and China’s new energy industries development，reveals the inadequacy of China’s new energy industries development，analyzes briefly the new energy trade friction problems between China and other developed countries，and finally gives several policy recommendations on China’s new energy industry development combined with China’s related new energy industry policies.
