2007年电力消费呈现快速增长的走势，电力供应稳定，供需总体保持平衡。同时，电源结构逐步改善，电网快速发展，节能减排工作稳步推进，电力社会效益和行业经济效益逐步提高。当前，中国电力与经济运行具有较高的同步性，行业的波动与经济总体走势密切相关。电力行业发展面临环境、能源资源等多方面的压力，行业运行中存在一些阶段性的或深层次的问题。如何处理好这些问题是达到为国民经济提供清洁、高效、经济、稳定的电力供应，促进经济、社会、环境的协调发展目标的关键。据此，本报告对电力投资市场多元化问题进行了阐述。
In 2007，Electric power consumption increased dramatically，supply remained stable，and supply and demand kept at balance. Meanwhile，power sources structure was improved gradually，power network developed rapidly，and energy conservation and less discharge were steadily pushed forward. Generally，the social and economic benefits of electric have been gradually improved. Presently，our country’s electric power is highly synchronic with economic performance so that industrial fluctuation is closely related to the overall tendency of the economy. The electric power industry faces multi-aspect pressures，such as environment and energy resources. There are also some periodical and profound problems in the operation. How to deal with these problems successfully is crucial to supply the stable，reliable，efficient，economical and clean electric power，which promotes the economy，society，and environment in harmonious development. According to this，the article argues the problems of the diversification of electricity investment market.
