焦炭是钢铁工业的“食粮”，中国的出口量占世界需求量的一半以上。当前，焦炭行业正处在风口浪尖上。为确保中国焦炭在国际能源贸易中的战略地位与能源话语权，进一步促进中国焦炭行业的健康发展，有必要对焦炭产业政策进行宏观研究和整体把握。本报告在分析中国焦炭行业经济运行情况的基础之上，分析了中国焦炭行业当前存在的主要问题以及所面临的机遇和挑战，提出了今后的发展趋势和政策建议，旨在促进中国焦化行业和焦炭出口的和谐平稳发展。
China’s coke exportations meet more than half of the world demands. （More than half of the world’s coke demands depend on China’s exportation.） As “the food” of iron and steel industry，presently，coke industry faces extraordinary changes and challenges. It is necessary to macroscopically study and grasp the coke industrial policies in order to confirm China’s strategic status，guarantee its discourse right in international energy trade and further promote coke industrial healthy development. This article is based on the analysis of coke industry’s economic operating situation，main problems，opportunities and challenges，through proposing the development tendency and policy suggestions to promote the coking industry and coke exportation harmonious and stable development.
