The reason for English bourgeoisie to get victory is not only because of the advanced way of production，but also because of the new culture expressed as Scotland Enlightenment lying behind the way of production，in which the focus is the Enlightenment of sentiments. Focusing on the Scotland Enlightenment，the paper explores the reasons，forms and influences of this kind of Enlightenment，and tries to show that this kind of enlightenment has provided theoretical support for the victory of English bourgeoisie.
