2017年底，全国碳排放权交易市场建设正式启动。河南是我国经济、工业和人口大省，碳排放量处于较高水平，碳排放权交易体系也将对全省的经济社会发展产生较大影响。本文阐述了碳排放权交易体系的内涵，结合国内试点和国家政策要求，研究了我国碳排放权交易体系的发展历程，并在分析河南碳排放现状的基础上，从发电生产、工业结构、节能降碳等方面探讨了开展碳排放权交易对河南的影响。最后，提出了推进河南碳排放权交易的对策建议。
By the end of 2017，the nationwide carbon market has officially launched. Henan is a province with a large proportion of China’s economy，industry and population. The carbon emission of Henan is at a high level，and the carbon emission trading system will also has a significant impact on the province’s economic and social development. Based on the domestic pilot projects and national policy requirements，this paper elaborates the connotation of carbon emissions trading system and studies the development of carbon trading system in China. Based on the analysis of current carbon emissions in Henan Province，this paper analyzes the current situation of power generation，industrial structure，Etc. to explore the impact of carbon emissions trading on Henan. Finally，put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on promoting Henan’s carbon emissions trading.
