近几年随着全省电力需求增速放缓、新能源的快速发展以及天中直流送入河南电量持续增大,省内煤电机组出现调峰运行困难问题。尤其在冬季采暖季,煤电还因为供热导致全网最小可调出力大幅上升,使得电网运行调度和热网调度难度逐年增大。本文通过对国内相关政策以及煤电灵活性改造技术进行梳理和研究,提出了适合河南省煤电灵活性改造技术路线及相关灵活性改造建议,对于煤电适应新的能源战略要求,更好地消纳新能源有现实意义。
With the impact of the slowing down power demand、new energy rapid expansion and continual increase input from TianZhong Direct-Current,the pressure of peak shaving is tremendous. Especially in winter,the coal power unit’s minimum adjustable output is substantial increasing because of supplying heat. Based on the study of policy and technology of flexibility transformation,this paper proposes policy and technology recommendations on flexibility transformation of Henan coal power unit. It has the realistic meaning for the coal power unit changing the position and accepting more and more new energy power.
