At present，Henan’s energy development has entered a critical period of transformation from the total volume expansion to the improvement of quality and efficiency，and giving full play to the core leading role of electricity in energy transformation is the only way to achieve low-carbon green energy development. First of all，based on the detailed data，this paper systematically summarizes the significant achievements made in Henan’s energy transformation since 2010. Secondly，this paper analyzes the outstanding difficulties and challenges that the province faces in energy development，and proposes that Henan should take the structural reform of energy supply as the main line. Thirdly，adhering to the development idea of “energy transformation-electricity center-grid advancement”，this paper explores the feasible ways of energy transformation and development and accelerates the construction of a clean，low-carbon，safe and efficient modern energy system. In the end，it will achieve coordinated，sustainable development of resources，the environment and economy. In order to win a comprehensive and well-to-do society，the Central Plains will provide more energy and provide more energy protection.
