传统粗放的经济发展方式在给河南经济带来高速增长的同时，也带来了日益严峻的环境问题。为深入分析河南省经济发展方式与碳排放关系，报告基于1978～2016年“河南省统计年鉴”能源数据测算河南省CO2排放量（也称碳排放），依据kaya恒等式构建计量模型分析经济发展方式核心构成要素变化对碳排放的影响，探索了河南省产业结构调整对碳排放的具体影响机制。研究结果得出河南省经济增长与CO2排放量增长尚未实现脱钩，为有序减少全省碳排放量，河南在制定减排措施时要充分考虑经济承受能力，积极从能效提升和结构优化入手，加快第二产业及能源结构调整。
The traditionally extensive economy development has not only brought about rapid economic growth but also increasingly serious environmental pollution. In order to deeply analyze the relationship between the economic development mode and the carbon emission in Henan province，this paper calculates the Co2 emission in Henan province（also known as carbon emission）based on the energy data of Henan statistical yearbook from 1978 to 2016. Then it establishes an econometric model based on Kaya Identity to analyze the impact of changes of the core elements on carbon dioxide emissions. Finally it concludes that economic growth and carbon dioxide emissions growth has not yet achieved decoupling in Henan province. It also finds the specific impact mechanism of industrial structure adjustment on cutting carbon dioxide emissions in Henan province. To reduce the emissions effectively，Henan should take full consideration to economic affordability when adopting emission reduction measures，and take steps on promoting energy efficiency and structural optimization.
