2017年，河南经济发展稳中向好，能源供给侧结构性改革深入实施，在环境治理、煤改气、清洁采暖等政策措施带动下，全省天然气消费量大幅增长，整体呈现出淡季不淡、旺季更旺的新特点。尤其是冬季采暖季，全省居民用气加速增长，省内天然气供需形势日渐严峻，部分地区出现了供应紧张的局面。预计2018年，河南天然气消费仍将保持快速增长，同比增长14%左右，天然气产量受省内资源匮乏影响，同比下降16.7%，供给主要依靠省外调入，外依存度将进一步上升，全省供需偏紧。针对河南天然气资源匮乏、供应调峰压力较大等现实问题，本文从保供应、稳替代、谋改革等方面提出了促进河南天然气行业健康快速发展的对策建议。
In 2017，with steady economic development in Henan and further structural reform of energy supply-side，the consumption of natural gas in the province witnessed a substantial increase，driven by policies and measures such as environmental management，coal-to-gas conversion and clean heating. View the situation as a whole，it appeared to a new characteristic that the off season is not weak and the boom season is more prosperous. Especially in the winter heating season，the gas consumption was speeding up in the whole province，natural gas supply and demand in the increasingly serious situation within the province. Some areas appeared the situation of tension supply. It is estimated that consumption of natural gas in Henan will maintain rapid growth in 2018，year-on-year growth of 14%，the output of natural gas will be affected by the lack of resources in the province，year-on-year decrease of 16.7%. The supply will mainly dependent on external transfer；degree of external dependence will continue to rise. The supply and demand of the whole province will be tight. Finally，aiming at the real problem such as the shortage of natural gas in Henan and the pressure of supply peaking，this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting health and rapid development of Henan natural gas industry from the aspects of ensuring supply，keeping replacement steady and seeking reform.
