推进能源转型发展和产业结构优化升级需统筹协调，互为促进。本文在分析河南省能源体系和产业体系特征的基础上，构建能源体系-产业体系耦合度评估模型，对“十五”以来河南省能源体系和产业体系的耦合度进行评估，并与全国总体情况进行对比。研究表明，河南能源体系与产业体系的耦合度整体偏低，与全国存在一定差距；但耦合度呈上升的态势，与全国的差距逐步缩小。
Promote transformation of energy development and industrial structure upgrading need to co-ordinate and promote each other. Based on the analysis of characteristics of energy system and industrial system in Henan province，on the basis of building energy system-industry system coupling evaluation model，Evaluating the coupling in Henan province since Tenth five-year，and compared with China.Research results show that the coupling energy system and industrial system of Henan province overall level is low，but the trend rising. From the perspective and the contrast，between Henan province and the country，there is a certain gap but the gap in the gradually narrowed.
