电力行业是关系国计民生的基础性行业，当前河南省经济发展进入新常态，电力体制改革不断深入推进，电力行业正在发生深刻变革。本文在总结“十二五”期间河南省电力行业发展的基础上，深入分析了2016年河南省电力行业发展情况，并对2017年全省电力行业发展形势进行了展望，对河南省电力行业健康发展提出了对策和建议。
The power industry is related to the base of the current economic development beneficial to the people’s livelihood industry，Henan province has entered a new norm，the energy revolution is accelerating and the development situation of electric power industry has undergone profound changes. This paper makes a review of the development of electric power industry during the “12th Five-Year” period in Henan Province，the development situation of the electric power industry in Henan Province in 2016 was analyzed，the electricity power industry development situation of Henan Province in 2017 is prospected，pertinently put forward the strategies and suggestions for the development of power industry in Henan province.
