2016年以来，河南省积极落实煤炭供给侧结构性改革，着力推进煤炭去产能，加快产业结构优化调整。但由于受资源环境约束及市场供需影响，河南省煤炭行业发展面临市场需求不足、转型升级调整缓慢等诸多挑战，行业发展存在较多困难。本文在系统梳理河南省煤炭资源情况及发展特征、当前煤炭行业发展存在的问题的基础上，深入分析了2016年河南煤炭行业的发展情况，对2017年河南煤炭行业发展形势做出预判，提出河南省煤炭行业转型升级和创新发展的对策和建议。
Since 2016，Henan Province has actively implemented the structural reform of coal supply side，made efforts to cut excessive coal production capacity，and accelerated the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure. However，due to resource constraints and market supply and demand，the development of Henan coal industry is facing many challenges such as the lack of market demand，the slow adjustment of the transformation and upgrading and so on，there are still many difficulties in the development of this industry. On the basis of combing the characteristics of coal resources and development in Henan province and the existing problems in the development of coal industry，this paper analyzes the development of Henan coal industry in 2016，predicts the development of coal industry in 2017，puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions about coal industry transformation，upgrading，innovation and development in Henan Province.
