中国内地向港澳资本开放医疗服务市场已达十年，然而，港澳医疗机构在内地还没有形成一支具有影响力的医疗力量，仍在摸索中艰难前行。本文通过对CEPA框架下的广东省医疗服务领域开放状况进行调研，分析这些医疗机构在区域分布、机构类型、服务对象、运营状况的特点，以及在办医过程中所遇到的困境，探讨粤港医疗管理体制的差异与冲突，提出进一步促进医疗服务行业开放的政策建议。
Nowadays，It has already been ten years for the medical service opening-up in Chinese mainland to HK and Macao capital market. However，the medical institutions of HK or Macao have not formed a group of influential medical power，still been groping ahead. Through the investigation of the Medical Service openness status in Guangdong Province under the Framework of CEPA，this paper analyzes the characteristics of regional distribution，type of organization，service targets and operational performance of these medical institutions，and their plights during the period of operation. Furthermore，this paper explores the differences and conflicts between HK and Chinese mainland medical management system，and put forwards policy suggestion to further promote the openness of medical services industry.
