2019年以来，世界主要大国纷纷出台对非新举措，掀起一股新的非洲热。特朗普政府以非洲新战略为统领，通过高层访问、反恐、经济合作等措施加强美非关系。英国以“脱欧”为主线筹划对非关系，德国以峰会为轴推进对非合作，法国以总统访非为契机从多层次完善对非布局。日本以第7届非洲开发会议为抓手扩大对非影响。金砖国家中，印度以峰会和高访带动对非合作，俄罗斯则历史性地召开了首届俄非峰会，高调“重返非洲”。在中非合作论坛北京峰会精神的指引下，中非关系继续保持快速发展。从总体上看，大国对非关系正全面进入“峰会时代”，强化对非经济合作越来越成为各个大国对非政策的主旋律，这是2019年大国与非洲关系的两个主要特点。此外，大国在非洲的竞争性增强，中国应多措并举，出台相关举措应对中非关系面临的新挑战。
The Major Countries have put forward new policies since 2019. The Trump administration has carried out high level visits，anti terrorism and economic cooperation towards Africa under the new Africa policy. Britain made its Africa policy according to the Brexit while Germany and France furthered their cooperation with Africa. Japan and Russia both successfully held summits with Africa. India strengthened its close relations with Africa as well. China-Africa relations made great progress in 2019 under the framework of the Beijing Summit of FOCAC. In general，holding summits and strengthen economic cooperation have become the main themes of great power relations with Africa. China need to response rapidly and make new measures in terms of the big powers competitions in Africa.
