海外劳工对菲律宾有着重要的影响。本报告在分析菲律宾海外劳工关于输入地、输出地、年龄、性别、职业分布、黏着性等特点的同时,还从菲律宾国内社会经济背景、全球趋势、劳工心理等角度分析了菲律宾海外劳工现有特点的形成原因。本报告认为经过长足发展后,菲律宾海外劳工已逐渐体系化及正规化,但其现在还面临不同层面的问题及问题所造成的消极影响,如海外汇款投资有效率极低、人才浪费、非法人口贩运问题,以及海外菲律宾人“重返社会难”问题和身份认同问题等。
Overseas workers have an essential influence on Philippines. The dissertation has analyzed the characteristics of overseas Filipino workers,in terms of their workplace,hometown,age,gender,occupation distribution and cohesiveness. Furthermore,the reasons for the formation of the existing characteristics of overseas Filipino workers are analyzed from the perspective of Philippine domestic background,global trends and labor psychology. With a long-term development,overseas Filipino workers have gradually systemized and regularized,however,it still faces with different problems and negative effects caused by the problems,such as low efficiency of remittance investment,waste of human resource,illegal trafficking,as well as overseas Filipinos’ identity problems.
