澳门居民近数年对本地区的文物建筑关注的广泛程度，远超过历史上任何一个时期。然而，2011年由于社会焦点转向新城规划的咨询、经济房屋问题的讨论与新方案的实施、压抑楼宇炒风等问题，在古旧建筑的保育声音减少的情况下，澳门政府在这方面的工作进展如何，是值得关注的问题。本文是在对全澳古旧建筑作整体调查后，尝试提出几点有关澳门未来在古旧建筑保育方面的可行意见，以作相关政府部门的参考。
Due to the focus of Macau society pointing to new urban planning to reclamation land, new rule of social housing and suppressing the price of property market, cause the decrease of concerning to the local historical architecture protection from Macau society in 2011, This study attempts to summarize the progress of situation to the protection works for Macau historical architecture through the analyzing of researching all over Macau. And raising same suggestions to the properly works in future.
