本文首先从学校与学生数量、教育参与、教育投入与产出等数据,呈现澳门非高等教育的现况,并自国际比较的角度加以探讨;其次,从政策行动的层次切入主题,以《澳门非高等教育发展十年规划(2011~2020年)》以及研拟中的《正规教育课程框架》作现况之描述,进而分析澳门非高等教育的问题与特点,并指出未来发展的方向与挑战。
Based on the data of education numbers of schools and students, and indicators of educational input and output, the situation of non-tertiary education in Macau is described in the light of international comparative perspective. Besides, two educational policies, "Ten-Year Plan for the Development of Non-Tertiary Education" and "Curriculum Frameworks for Formal Education", are introduced in the policy action level. Then the problems of non-tertiary education in the present and the directions and challenges in the future are analyzed.
