本文对文化创意产业在近一年来的发展作了初步的分析，特别提及近两年特区政府提出推动文化创意产业纲领性的政策以来，澳门在文化创意产业方面所取得的成绩。文化创意产业作为推动澳门经济适度多元的重要项目之一，在其发展过程中，面临创意人才的严重缺乏，政府部门在有关产业政策的制定和执行中缺少跨学科、跨领域和富有文化知识的专业队伍。经过对现状和存在问题的探讨，最后提出若干建议。
An analysis of the recent development of Macau's creative cultural industry reveals that Macau under the guiding policies of its government has made significant progress in the promotion of creative cultural industry. However,creative cultural industry is an important venture in Macau's economic diversification programme. The government units which are responsible for drawing up and implementation of cultural industry policies have been facing some essential problems — e.g. shortage of"creative talents"and"cross-discipline specialists". And new measures are needed to be introduced and taken to cope with the problems in concern.
