自1999年回归祖国后，澳门科技行业在“一国两制”方针的指导下迅猛发展。本文介绍了回归后澳门推动科技发展的主要举措、澳门科技发展取得的进步，在指出澳门科技发展不足的同时对下一步战略部署提出建议。目前，在特区政府的不断努力下，澳门的科技发展已取得了长足进步。澳门的科技发展起步较晚，在迅猛前进的过程中仍有许多方面有待提升。随着《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》的出台，澳门的科技发展将在现有的基础上迈上新一级台阶。澳门应把握住大湾区建设的机会，以实现真正意义上的自主创新，助力大湾区建设国际一流的科技创新中心。
Since Reunification in 1999，the science and technology industry in Macau has developed rapidly under the guidance of the “One Country，Two Systems” principle. This article introduces the principal measures taken by Macau to promote the development of science and technology after Reunification，enumerates the progress it has made and discusses its deficiency as well as proposing the next strategic steps. At present，with the continuous efforts of the government，Macau’s scientific and technological development has made great progress. Though this began relatively late，there are still many aspects to be improved amidst a rapid advancement. With the recent publication of the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bay Area，Macau’s scientific and technological development is destined to take to a new level on the existing basis. Macau should seize the opportunity of the construction of the Bay Area to accomplish true autonomous innovation and help the Bay Area to become a world-class science and technology innovation centre.
