自2002年博彩开放以来，澳门博彩产业结束博彩专营权的垄断局面，进入多足鼎立、合作竞争的新局面。本文对澳门博彩开放数十载的发展历程与现状做了简要回顾，列举了博彩业发展的成就及对澳门的贡献，同时对博彩产业面临的挑战及未来发展方向进行分析并提出建议。
Since liberalisation of the gaming sector in 2002，Macau has ended gaming monopoly and entered into a new phase of diversity，collaboration and competition. This article provides a brief review on the progress of gaming liberalisation over the past decades，and provides analysis and suggestions on the challenges and future directions of development.
