On the point of the tenth anniversary of Macau’s return to China，Macau has achieved a rapid economic growth and a stable and harmonic social development.However，the reform and consummation of the economic structure and social structure still face a number of challenges.The rapid economic development has caused the phenomenon of unequal economic life and wealth distribution.Simultaneously，it has also weakened the political equality principle of the representative democracy.Presently，the mode of governance in Macau has been transforming towards a multi-parties cooperation mode.Public Participation has been development gradually and social governance ability has been promoting unceasingly.The government of the Macau Special Administrative Region has been transforming from strong governance to good governance.
