年轻一代是未来“澳人治澳”的重要力量。关心、支持澳门年轻一代，发掘和培育更多的政治人才，是特区政府乃至整个澳门社会的责任。回归后澳门经济和社会都急速发展，澳门青年人的价值观与公民意识亦随之变革，总体而言，呈现出两极分化及多元混合的特征。这又源于青年群体内部的多元性及社会化渠道、方式的局限。政府与社会各界都需支持青年自身的全方位发展，改进社会化的渠道及方式，帮助青年树立正面的价值观及态度，才能促成勇于承担、积极参与的年轻一代。
The youth are the backbone of "Macau people governing Macau" in the future.To explore and nurture political talent,is the responsibility of the Macau SAR government and society as a whole should be concerned about how to support local youth.Macau economy and society have developed rapidly since the handover,the values and civic awareness of the young people in Macau has also changed a lot,with the characteristics of polarization and Mixed Pluralism.This phenomenon can be traced to the diversity within youth groups and the limitations of the way and methods of socialization.Both the government and the community need to support the all-round development of the youth,improve the current socialization and to help the youth foster positive values and attitudes.In this case,the local youth can become a generation of commitment and active participation.
