This paper elaborates on the theme of urban planning with further discussion on the legal status of "Urban Planning Law" within Macau's legal order.It displays relations between"Urban Planning Law"and utilization of land resources,protection of cultural heritages,etc.Meanwhile,it also illustrates the significance of concrete urban planning.Consequently,this brings out the legal attribute of "Urban Planning Law" and its related legal branch,as well as the content being regulated.Lastly,it shifts focus to analysis and suggestions relating to the consultation text of"Urban Planning Law".
