Elections were held for the 5^th Legislative Assembly in September 2013，in accordance with the electoral legislation revised in 2012. During the process，the direct election constituency had experienced an intense competition，with candidate groups in quantities，while the lack of competition among the indirect election constituencies continued to exist. In terms of the results，the political landscape remained the same despite more new candidates being elected. The results could not demonstrate a plural and balanced representation，while irregularities were reborn. In terms of impact，it is expected that political stability could be maintained，although there would be more extra-institutional expressions. Space for improvement exists in the electoral system itself.
