随着城市化进程的加快，农村社会发生着深刻的变化，这些变化表现为农村结构的变化，以及因结构变化而带来的农村经济基础的变化，由此农村的发展放缓，甚至趋于停滞。中央政府适时地做出一些战略调整，从新农村建设到美丽乡村建设再到新型城镇化建设。十九大报告提出了“乡村振兴”战略。在对中央政策的回应方面，安徽省每一个历史时期都能做到积极贯彻中央的政策精神，在政策和实践中都能做到先行探索、及时落实。本文在梳理中央政策的基础上，结合安徽省乡村社会规划和发展的情况、问题，探讨安徽省实施“乡村振兴”战略的着力点和有效路径。
With the acceleration of urbanization，rural societies have undergone profound changes，which manifest themselves in the changes of rural structure，and the changes in rural economical foundations brought by structural changes，which has led to slowdown and even stagnation in rural development. The central government has accordingly made some strategic adjustments，from new rural development to beautiful village construction to new urbanization campaign，and finally strategies for rural rejuvenation proposed in the report of the 19th Party Congress. As for the responses to central policies，Anhui Province has actively implemented central policies in every historical period，and taken the initiative to explore and implement both in policies and practices. The report reviews central policies and discusses priorities and effective paths for Anhui to implement Rural Rejuvenation Strategies by considering plans，developments and problems in rural Anhui.
