改革开放40年来，中国与亚非国家的关系持续发展，深刻地改变了中国和世界的面貌。2013年，中国政府提出了“一带一路”倡议，这同时也是深化改革开放的重要举措。本文以中阿关系、中非关系为案例，论述了改革开放尤其是共建“一带一路”以来，中国与亚非国家通过夯实战略伙伴关系，进而推动构建新型国际关系和人类命运共同体的外交实践。
The continuous evolving relationship between China and Asian and African countries has brought fundamental changes to both China and the world over the past four decades since the launch of the reform and opening-up policies.In 2013，the Chinese government established“the Belt and Road Initiative”，which is a milestone marking China's ambitions of deepening reform and opening-up.Against this background，this thesis focuses on the diplomatic practices by the Chinese government of construction of new international relations and a community of shared future for mankind，which is underpinned by the efforts made by China to strength the strategic partnership of with Arab states and African countries since the launching of the reform and opening-up policies and the BRI.
