学徒制:产教协同育人的法国模式

作为法国正规教育的一部分,学徒制通过工学交替的模式培养人才。学徒可以获得从中等教育阶段到高等教育阶段国家承认的职业文凭和证书,这为学徒的终身学习提供了保障。近年来,法国政府通过改革学徒制治理机制、成立新的职业教育和学徒制管理机构、实施惠及学徒及其家庭的举措来提升学徒制的吸引力和育人水平,以促进就业,回应社会经济发展对于劳动力的需求。法国学徒制的人才理念培养模式、法律和政策保障、治理机制改革等对于我国的现代学徒制建设具有借鉴意义。

Abstract

As a part of formal education in France,apprenticeship trains talents through alternation of work and study. Apprentices can obtain state-accredited professional diplomas and certificates from the secondary education stage to the higher education stage. This provides a guarantee for the lifelong learning of apprentices. In recent years,the French government has made great efforts to enhance the attractiveness and quality of apprenticeship through the reform of apprenticeship governance mechanism,such as setting up new management institutions for vocational education and apprenticeship,and implementing new measures for the benefit of apprentices and their families. The goal is to improve employment and respond to the urgent demand for skilled labor force in social and economic development. The French apprenticeship system,from its concept and goals of talent training to its law and policy instruments and its governance mechanism reform,is of useful reference for the construction of modern apprenticeship in China.
