“一带一路”倡议提出以来,我国与共建国家与地区在能源、金属、房地产、交通等多领域形成贸易合作关系,其中能源领域在“一带一路”OFDI总额行业分布中占比超过半数,与东盟各国合作也呈此态势。我国能源企业在东盟各国资源利用和市场开发方面迎来新机遇,而在寻求能源资源跨国合作的过程中所面临的投资安全问题不可忽视。本文通过分析中国能源企业对东盟各国的投资现状,根据直接投资的问题与风险,提出能源企业对东盟直接投资的安全对策,希望对后来的能源企业直接投资提供一定的理论帮助。
Since the “Belt and Road” initiative was launched six years ago,China has formed trade cooperation relations with countries and regions along the route in such fields as energy,metals,real estate,and transportation. Among them,the energy sector accounts for more than half of the total OFDI in the “Belt and Road” industry,and cooperation with ASEAN countries also shows this trend. Chinese energy companies have ushered in new opportunities in resource utilization and market development in ASEAN countries,and the investment security issues they face in the process of seeking transnational cooperation in energy resources cannot be ignored. This article analyzes the current situation of Chinese energy companies’ investment in ASEAN countries,and proposes security measures for energy companies’ direct investment in ASEAN based on the issues and risks of direct investment to provide some theoretical help for subsequent direct investment by energy companies.
