自2013年中国提出“一带一路”倡议以来，中国对东盟的投资规模逐渐扩大，其中，“广西通道”为中国-东盟合作开路。作为中国对东盟的主要开放平台，广西不仅助推中国-东盟合作深入，而且迎来了重大发展机遇。本文首先介绍了广西对东盟国家的投资现状并总结其面临的问题。其次从政治风险、经济风险与社会风险三个方面分析了投资过程中存在的主要风险，并构建有效进行风险防范的投资风险预警系统。最后提出进一步加快广西对东盟投资且能有效降低风险的对策建议：加强政府投资引导作用，实施“团结协助”策略；发挥大型企业对东盟投资的示范作用，为中小企业提供服务平台；实施企业本土化经营，推进东盟经济共同体的建立；建立风险转移机制，提升企业抗风险能力；完善海外投资保险制度，保障投资者合法权益。
Since China put forward the “Belt and Road” initiative in 2013，China’s investment in ASEAN has gradually expanded. Among them，the “Guangxi Corridor” opens up cooperation for China-ASEAN cooperation. As the main open platform for China to ASEAN，Guangxi not only promotes the deepening of China ASEAN cooperation，but also ushers in major development opportunities. This paper first introduces the current situation of Guangxi’s investment in ASEAN countries and summarizes the problems it faces；then it analyzes the main risks in the investment process from three aspects of political risk，economic risk and social risk，and constructs an effective early warning system of investment risk for risk prevention；finally，it puts forward countermeasures to further accelerate Guangxi’s investment in ASEAN and effectively reduce the risks Discussion：strengthen the guiding role of government investment，implement the strategy of “unity and assistance”；give full play to the demonstration role of large-scale enterprises in ASEAN Investment，provide service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises；implement localized operation of enterprises，promote the establishment of ASEAN Economic Community；establish risk transfer mechanism，improve the anti risk ability of enterprises；improve overseas investment insurance system，protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors.
