“一带一路”倡议的提出，不但显著加快了中国对外直接投资流量的增长，促进了对外直接投资在地域分布、行业分布方面的转型，而且推动了投资并购的活跃发展，构建了中国对外投资的新格局，提升了中国在国际投融资领域的地位。与此同时，“一带一路”倡议也开启了中国对外投资的绿色化进程。本文回顾了自改革开放至“一带一路”倡议提出前中国对外直接投资的发展状况，并从中总结出中国对外直接投资的三大特征；此外，以“一带一路”倡议为切入口，分析了“一带一路”背景下国际投资的机遇与挑战以及中国对外投资新格局的构建，并以此为基础，探讨“一带一路”投融资绿色化的意义与发展。
The “Belt and Road” initiative not only greatly accelerates the growth of China’s foreign direct investment flows，but also promotes the transformation of foreign direct investment in terms of geographical distribution，industrial distribution，and also the development of investment in mergers and acquisitions abroad. The initiative facilitates the establishment of a new pattern of China’s foreign investment，which enhances China’s status in the field of international investment and financing. At the same time，the initiative inaugurates the greening process of China’s foreign investment. This paper reviews the development of China’s foreign direct investment since Reforms and Opening-Up to the beginning of the “Belt and Road” initiative，and summarizes three characteristics of China’s foreign direct investment. Additionally，this paper uses the initiative as a starting point，and analyses the opportunities and challenges of international investments，as well as the construction of China’s new foreign investment pattern in the context of the “Belt and Road” initiative. Based on these analyses，this paper discusses the meanings and future developments of the greening process of the “Belt and Road” initiative.
